DAMP PROOFING. TIMELESS. WATER-RESISTNT

Concrete surfaces are porous in nature and are continuous to absorb moisture. This can be prevented by giving them a proper treatment of waterproofing which will reduce the absorption of moisture to minimum possible extent.

Waterproofing of concrete is generally done to prevent the corrosion of reinforcements in structure and also to enable them to be used as water retaining structure.

We give different services for water proofing according to the need of customer. Such as cementitious, Bituminous, Acrylic , Polyurethane, Liquid Rubber , Preferential Crystalline Waterproofing / Injection Grouting and Epoxy Injection Grouting.

IMPORTANCE OF WATERPROOFING

Waterproofing tremendously helps in protecting the foundation of a building. This can help you save on a lot of money that you will have to spend on renovations and for getting the surface repaired.

Waterproofing can also help you in making your home more energy-efficient. An energy-efficient home is one that does not have any leaks allowing minimal amounts of heat loss from within the house, this has the benefits of minimizing your heating costs and saving the environment as well.

Waterproofing is also very beneficial for people who live in an area with high humidity levels as this ensures that there is no mould growth or mildew formation on your walls which can be harmful to your health as well as cause damage to your walls.

It makes it convenient to clean the surface with water. Due to it’s water resistant properties.

TYPES OF WATER PROOFING

In many cases the water comes from beneath and it can causes harmful effects to buildings and structures. We give different services for water proofing according to the need of customer.

i.) Paint pealing proofing

Paint Peeling Proofing is the resistance of a paint layer to the penetration of water. A good paint peeling proof coating is resistant to liquified water, and will prevent it from penetrating into the substrate (substrate meaning the surface underneath). This is measured through a process called hydrostatic pressure test. This product can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface such as walls, ceilings, roofs, decks and dock pilings, as well as concrete blocks.

ii.) Membrane Water proofing

Membrane material is applied to prevent moisture transmission. It consists of a non-woven fabric and an adhesive that bonds it to the surface, forming a waterproof layer. The water barrier is resistant to weathering, wear and tear, chemicals and compression.
