ADVANTAGES OF NATURAL STONE FLOORINGS
Natural stone is extremely durable and can last many decades without major repairs or replacement needed. It can withstand heavy foot traffic, which makes it ideal for high-traffic areas such as kitchens and dining rooms.
Many varieties of natural stone require little maintenance except occasional cleaning with soap and water or a mild solution followed by rinsing.
Natural stone floorings are easier to install on walls or ceilings, but there is more waste because of the cutting process involved in making tile pieces from a slab or natural stone tiles. On the other hand, slabs can be installed on walls or ceilings as well as on regular floors without any cutting required except for trimming edges if needed.
